Full steam ahead!

Right... after drinking an M & S smoothy the other day which actually contained 500 calories (ridiculous) it's full steam ahead...no more pussy-footing around. Went to a 'body pump' class today each lunge I imagined was a step closer to the top of Kinabalu. It's Sunday so Mom's coming round and we've got slow roast lamb for dinner (the last supper perhaps?) maybe i'll have one glass of red with it!! BUT just one. Have started reading a book about living with headhunters in Borneo, so far the writer has been bitten by a poisonous snake and forced into marriage by the tribes chief...there are some real life pictures of him and his wife in the back of the book, some how not sure what's worse the snake bite or his lovely wife?
